Hotel terms: general terms can vary according to the room type. Please consult the description in your room as well.
Check-in: 2pm – midnight.
Check-out: 5am to midday.
Cancellation policy: In case of cancellation until 4 pm, one day before the arrival date, the hotel doesn’t withdraw fees from the credit card afforded.
In case of late cancellation or no-show, the hotel reserves the right to withdraw the amount of the first night with the credit card afforded.
Children and Extra-bed: All children under the age of 12 years old are welcomed as a favour and use the available bed in the parents’ room.
All children under the age of 2 years old are welcomed as a favour and use the cot (available on demand). The extra-bed for children older than 12 years old and adults is charged 25.00€ by night and by person.
The maximum number of extra-beds or cot is 1.
Extra-beds are only available on demand and must be confirmed by the hotel.
Extras are not automatically calculated in the total amount of your reservation and must be paid separately to the hotel.
Pets: Pets are not admitted in our hotel.
Credit cards accepted: American Express, Visa,Eurocard /Mastercard, Carte Bleue, Diners Club, JCB. The hotel is reserving the right to do a credit card pre-authorization before the arrival date.
